Substack
The Next Hard Thing is a personal venture that combines creative writing with my love of endurance sports.
I recently fell in love with running — a side effect of my experiences with adventure racing and mountain biking. Which also then lead me to triathlons. Follow along as I hurt myself repeatedly and then talk about it.
This newsletter blog is an exercise (lol) in improving myself, mentally and physically, by pushing myself to the limit and beyond. It's also a lousy attempt at cleverness, wit, and profundity.
